Travel & Logistics Covered: Accommodations at the host hotel and airfare is included for athletes along with ground transportation to and from the field.

**Tournament Policy Information:
Please be aware that all payments made towards the Cepeda Gigantes tournament are non-refundable. Once you begin making payments, you become fully responsible for the entire balance due.
In the unfortunate event that you register but are unable to attend the tournament, you are still responsible for the full cost. The outstanding balance must be paid in full by June 15, 2024.
However, if the event itself is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a pandemic or natural disaster, a full refund will be issued.
